With more than 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Laura brings a rare combination of expertise, heart, and hands-on skill that will benefit every client she works with.

A Career Built on Passion for Wellness

Laura’s story in fitness is one of dedication and genuine love for helping people thrive. Over three decades, she has worn many hats — group fitness director, health coach, personal trainer, and instructor — building a deep, well-rounded mastery of what it takes to help people reach their health goals.

When the COVID pandemic shifted the world, Laura pivoted to teaching and coaching through her own personal business. And as she’ll tell you herself: she couldn’t be happier.
